ERS Warranty – We Have You Covered

As an innovative LED market leader, we are responsible for our product.

When a warranty claim is requested under the terms of warranty, the following three (3) easy steps will assist you in making a claim.

1.Within 30 days of the fault discovery, please contact the sale representative during the business hours, with the following information (a) proof of purchase (b) description and quantity of the claimed fault (c) photos or videos of faulty product

2.If confirmed by ERS Tech team the failure products caused by quality problems, we will send you new lights for free and replacement 

3.Please deliver the failure products back to our local warehouse for maintenance service, when you delivered please write a note with your company name, original invoice number,

4.ERS Tech sales representative; ERS Tech reserves the right for final explanation of aforesaid terms.
